The handling process that is often carried out when self-burning occurs is with the help of heavy equipment, this activity takes a long time and requires quite high operational costs for the fuel for the heavy equipment itself and the maintenance process. the use of water for fire extinguishing process equipment is also considered inadequate because it evaporates quickly.
Nucon produces special chemicals to provide solutions to the problems faced, namely handling self-combustion (if there is a fire) and preventing self-combustion (treatment).
For handling self-combustion:
Our product is formulated using a special foam which is very economical to use because it is very fast and effective in use, capable of extinguishing self-burning coal with a concentration of just under 5%. The materials used are environmentally friendly, non-toxic and biodegradable and most importantly can reduce the temperature back to normal in a short time. if the pile of coal is large enough, we recommend using heavy equipment to open the fire point before application, for small scale extinguishing you can use a nozzle stick to extinguish it.
For prevention of self-combustion:
Our products are specially formulated from water-soluble polymers that have been treated to minimize the health and safety impacts caused by coal dust. Our formula is able to prevent seft combustion of coal in the stock pail area or during the barge transportation process to the delivery location. its application is also very economical, it can be diluted with water up to 1:500 according to conditions and needs.
In the oil and gas industry, the problems that often occur are oil emulsion, coagulation, bacteria, oxygen content, turbidity that often occurs. The problem that usually arises is the emulsion because it is directly related to the quality of the oil produced, the parameter is the BSW percentage, where the processing process must be precise and appropriate in order to get a low BSW value. Nucon produces a Demulsifier whose results can be known in a matter of hours, so don't choose the wrong Emultion breaker product because it can affect the quality of the oil itself, including the application itself used for oil wells or crude oil processing units.
